Financial Assistance

The Institute is committed to providing all children with equal access to the arts and in addition to providing subsidized tuition also offers need-based financial assistance to attend classes throughout the school year and for Summer Camp.

A limited amount of financial assistance is available for our Summer Camp, dependent on availability of funds.

Financial Aid is awarded on the basis of need. Applicants may be requested to provide pay stubs, tax information and/or any other information about financial hardship.

Other factors used to determine Financial Aid awards include:

  • Students positive participation and commitment to the arts
  • Family’s Membership status being in good standing including having completed fundraising and volunteer commitment (Returning families)
  • Total # of previous financial awards (Returning families)

New students must make an appointment to submit Financial Assistance Form in person, while returning students can submit via mail. Students must be officially registered for an Institute program in order to be considered for financial aid. Financial aid forms received with a registration form will not be considered.
